Advertisements throughout.  Twenty-thousand of this edition printed, thirty-six copies in libraries according to WorldCat. Unlikely that many survived.  While not rare, very hard to find.

Condition: appears complete and in very good condition. Some minor age toning as would be expected of a piece of this age. Minor fold to one map as shown in photograph. Edge of front cover darkened, binding firm, overall a superior copy.
