A bound year of Gourmet Magazine “The Magazine of Good Living” from 1970. Lots of ads and illustrations in the style of the late 1960s.  Authors include James Beard and articles on wide ranging subjects from cocktails of the 1920s to the food of the Alps and Greece.

Quarto. 12 consecutive issues with articles on techniques and many advertisements. Bound in blue buckram covered boards. Color illustrations, glossy paper.

Condition: Very good condition. Binding is solid, hinges are solid. No sun fading, corners remain unbumped. Ends of spine are slightly bumped. Some notes inside. Previous owner’s name on FFE.
