A rare land promotional brochure for Lake County, the third issued. Since it was issued in wraps, it did not have a large survival rate. Issued the same year that Lillie Langtry purchased 4,200 acres in Lake County, where she started a winery and raised horses. Perhaps this brochure helped her decision to purchase her ranch.
