Octavo, 373 pages. Bound in what appears to be a grey silk moire patterned hardcover with black impressed title in oval frame. Photographic endpapers. Edge of textblock is speckled in blue. Illustrated with black and white and a couple of color photographs.
VG with minor soiling. Spine ends only slightly bumped, light wear to bottom front corner.
A classic Southern cookbook. The author’s mother published the first version of this book in 1914 and it continued to be in print for over forty years.
