Large Octavo. 128 pages.  Hardcover, bound in brown cloth with black stamping and photograph of a fireplace scene onlaid on front cover. Heavily illustrated.

Condition: Rubbing to head and tail of spine cover. White spot to top cover, onlay  shows edgewear.  Light scratches to rear cover.  Some warping to boards. Hinges tight, though lightly shaken. Spine cracked in a couple of places.
