The first Poet Laureate of San Francisco, Ferlinghetti denies an association with the Beat Poets yet many still consider him to be among the best of them.
Square duodecimo (12mo). 79 pages, 14 poems. Hardcover. Boards covered in glossy pictorial paper printed in black, white and red. Signed on half-title with two sequentially numbered ticket stubs for a reading from 1963 laid in.
Condition: VG, with light tobacco staining and flowery odor. Record shows no scratching. Age toning to endpapers.
